Focus on Listening to Needs / Solving the Challenges ... of your people




No matter whether it’s solving the desires of the manufacturer of a product, the deliverer of a service, or the Teams that need to be built in order to move those products and services in the marketplace.

The way to earn respect as a TeamLeader/Organizer … is to be viewed as someone who is extremely focused on listening to the needs, solving the challenges,
of your people. (your circle of contacts, associates, and relations.
*Hint* You cannot meet their needs, solve their challenges … if you have not taken the time to get to know “their story”.


“Speed of Trust” is another way of saying “How much PULL-POWER do you have” … with the people that you are seeking to share their time, energy, and small monthly financial commitment …with YOU … on any given project.
What can you do to make them feel that you can lead them to the expected goal and the lifestyle that they so desperately want?

TeamBuilding ... build TRUST by finding solutions to shared challenges




Whether you realize it or not .. everyone, and I mean EVERYONE … goes through the same 4 step internal process, whenever they are introduced to a new idea, concept, course of action, partnership, etc … that they are being asked to accept. It could be as simple as trying a new hair stylist, new restaurant, new gym, new business venture, or new personal relationship.
We all go through the same 4-step process of : (1) Invitation, (2) Education, (3) Validation, (4) Registration/acceptance.

The skilled TeamLeader/professional fully understands that this “process” is occuring … while the other party (your contact/associate) probably does’nt.
Depending on the strength of the relationship and what is being “introduced” … this 4 step process could take several days for your contact to go through, or may happen so quickly, that the inexperienced eye would think that the process never happened. But IN TRUTH … this process occurs EVERY TIME !

The “Speed of Trust” is a measure of this 4 step process. It is a measure of what is being asked … and the strength (pull-power) of the “asker” … in that relationship. The stronger the relationship, the faster the process … from invitation to look at a new idea … to final acceptance of that idea.

The essence of TeamBuilding is how you and I work together to discover a mutual challenge or a mutual goal, and whether we have the confidence in each other, that we can accomplish that goal …together!

When introducing a new idea, concept, course of action, or partnership … if the person knows you, trusts you, values your judgement, respects your opinion, and takes your recommendation, then the “Speed of Trust” from your offer/suggestion … to their acceptance … will appear to be ..INSTANTANEOUS!

The truth is … Network Distribution and TeamBuilding is not about SEO and generating 30-50 leads a day.
You don’t need that many leads! We all need to spend an adequate amount of time with a reasonable number of new people each week, to build a few high-quality relationships based on mutual goals … and Duplicate that process!

We believe that “Residual Income is the Door to Wealth …
and RELATIONSHIPS are the keys to unlock that Door” !

  1. Excellent post Muhammad, and very true. Even in cases where a product or service is outstanding, the contact and follow up as far as building rapport is of the utmost importance. You need to expose yourself with transparency in order for others to trust in your experience and knowledge. Even with that quality, there are times when someone may resonate to you or find they have a better connection with someone else, even in the same opportunity. We also have to respect the choices made by each individual, as to each his own view on whom and what works best for him. All in all, I concur, the process is rather standard. It is the relationship that is critically important to the success of all concerned.
