As we reflect on this day in “World History”, many of us are riveted on the immense impact of a MOVEMENT where the human spirit was collected to TAKE A DECISION AND TAKE ACTION on basic principles that effect the quality of life.
50 years ago, this week, a cross-section of American citizens, gathered for a historic March on Washington.
People from various races, sexes, political persuasions …gathered.
People from various cultures, communities, professions and vocations … gathered.
They were at once … all “magically galvanized” behind an opportunity to TAKE ACTION on their ability to voice their concerns on the most powerful platform that they new of at the time … the very steps of this nation’s Capitol.

The keynote speaker that day, was a 34 old GIANT of a man … named Dr. Martin Luther King , Jr.
And although there were a multitude of groups that were gathered to voice their specific concerns over what they felt were injustices, and inequalities …
on that day, Dr. King eloquently used this March On Washington to address what he felt was a more galvanizing, basic truth …
“I have a dream … that is deeply rooted in the American dream … that All Men Are Created With The In-Alienable Right To Life, Liberty, And The Pursuit Of Happiness …”
He was calling all of us to fulfill the promise that this country already has made in it’s Declaration of Independence, and our Constitution.
Now its our turn, to step in our responsibility, and use the resources that others before us have sacrificed to gain….
So that we ensure even greater “quality of life”, for those who come after us.
Our Challenge – New Leaders For World Change …
Advances in technology are allowing us to connect and share ideas in a way that was not humanly possible 50 years ago.
The Internet, online video, social media networks, and mobile communication platforms enable us to mastermind and collaborate on projects and bring solutions to issues in our workplaces …at the speed of thought.
Once again … just as in the March on Washington … we have the opportunity to raise ourselves and our fellow man out of “drudgery” and into a life that is more rewarding to the individual and more purposeful.
Empower Network is one shining example of how teams of people are using technology to organize themselves into “global online networks” that provide valuable tools and services in the marketplace, while generating residual income for its user-base.
Now, we are living in an age where we have the ability to lift our fellow man/woman out of the drudgery of trading-time-for-a-paycheck, and provide a path towards Creating LifeStyle Freedom and using their precious TIME … towards issues that matter.
