If you don’t own a day planner, either go to your nearest office supply store and purchase one, or use a simple notepad to jot down … in advance … your weekly goals, and what activities you need to perform daily in order to achieve them.
You will be able to measure your consistency and make adjustments in your activity, to meet your goals.

Without the habit of measuring your consistency, you are like a ship floating aimlessly … with no sail and no rudder to steer.

Establish your accountability partners early on, and share your goals and your challenges with them.
